Helping Hands Hale, a home care service provider, is seeking a full-time remote contract Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media; resolving issues; processing orders, returns, refunds, and account updates; and accurately recording interactions in the CRM.

The ideal candidate has clear written and verbal communication, strong data-entry and typing skills, attention to detail, and a calm, helpful approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable using CRM software and basic office tools, managing multiple customer conversations, learning company services and policies, and working shifts, weekends, or holidays when required. Previous customer service, sales, or call-centre experience is preferred but not required.
