3D Animation Clip Needed

3D Animator is needed in Philadelphia, United States.

I’m looking for a short (5-10second) cinematic 3D animation with a space/cosmic theme — something visually immersive involving energy, motion, depth and a portal/vortex-style effect.

At this stage I’m mainly looking to find someone local to Philadelphia or within an hour, who is comfortable creating custom 3D environments/effects and who I could potentially meet with in person to go over the exact concept, references and movement in more detail.

I do have visual references and a fairly specific idea in mind, but I’d prefer to discuss the full concept directly with the animator rather than post all of the details publicly.
