Video Editor is needed in Gurugram, India.
Radiant Gain is looking for a full-time video editor to build a high-frequency short-form content engine focused on Gurgaon real estate, investment intelligence, luxury property and the founder’s personal brand. The role is hybrid in Gurugram, India, with applicants willing to travel also considered.
You will edit daily Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels from smartphone, gimbal and professional-camera footage. This includes creating strong hooks, pacing, cuts, subtitles, B-roll, sound design, motion text and retention-focused edits; repurposing shoots into multiple assets; and editing founder-led videos, market commentary, property content, events and behind-the-scenes content. You should be comfortable adapting content for each platform, working quickly, and using current short-form editing techniques and AI-assisted workflows.

We are looking for a full-time Video Editor who understands modern short-form content—not just conventional corporate video editing.
