Videographer is needed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
AIM Media House needs an on-site photographer/videographer team for CIO Vision Jakarta 2026 at Park Hyatt Jakarta. Coverage is from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with arrival one hour before. The team should include a videographer/photographer and an assistant, with one camera recording locked-off stage sessions and another capturing B-roll, networking, audience and sponsor interactions, speaker close-ups, interviews, and venue ambience. Please capture audio from the venue mixer where available, with a backup recorder.
Deliverables include 150–250 professionally edited high-resolution photos, including speaker portraits, presentations, networking, branding, and venue details, with selected edited photos delivered the same day for social media. Video deliverables include full recordings of key sessions, a 2–3 minute highlight reel, individual session files, interview footage, and all raw B-roll. Photos are needed on the event day, and video assets are needed within one day after the event.
