JOB DESCRIPTION
The Philadelphia Eagles are seeking a Social Media Seasonal Associate to assist the social media team with content capture and publishing. Candidates should possess a passion for creativity and innovation, along with a strong understanding of various social platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video capture, editing, and creating engaging copy, aimed at building community and brand awareness, while collaborating with multiple departments. This position reports to the Short Form Content Specialist.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture engaging cell phone video content featuring key stakeholders at games, practices, and events.
- Own daily publishing for Instagram Stories and Snapchat Stories with timely, on-brand coverage.
- Support short-form video editing for vertical platforms as needed.
- Write clear, engaging copy for social media posts.
- Review performance insights to optimize content.
- Contribute creative ideas aligning with the content calendar.
- Monitor and engage with fan comments.
- Work all Philadelphia Eagles gamedays, ideating and executing social content in real time.
- Stay informed on social media trends and best practices.
- Must be available to work non-traditional hours.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a recent graduate or discharged military personnel between December 2024 and May 2026.
- Strong understanding of social media capabilities.
- Inherent knowledge of content that resonates on social platforms.
- Experience in storytelling on social media within a professional setting.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
- Team player with composure in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Flexible to work nights and weekends.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Canva.
