Content Creator is needed in Manchester, United Kingdom.

We are Hike, a Manchester-based career and hiring technology company with a live product. We need a content creator to build a distinctive, founder-led social presence that grows brand awareness and drives users to our platform. You will develop recurring content formats, ideas and scripts for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, and support filming, editing and performance learning. We are looking for someone who can combine content strategy with practical execution and create engaging, platform-native content that feels human and recognisable.

This is a part-time contract role based in Manchester on a hybrid basis, with travel applicants considered. We are ready to start as soon as we find the right creator.

We help people understand where they genuinely fit and show employers credible evidence of what they can do. We have a live product and a strong point of view. What we haven’t yet built is a distinctive, repeatable social presence. Hoo You Know is a useful reference for the momentum we admire. Its founders have made themselves and their idea highly visible through personality-led, platform-native content that feels entertaining, current and unmistakably human. We don’t want to copy their brand; we need to discover Hike’s own version. We’re looking for someone who can help us build a recognisable content engine across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn from recurring formats, concepts and scripts to filming, editing and learning from performance. We need someone who can think strategically but also make things happen, helping Hike become known rather than simply filling a content calendar.
