You should be able to edit UGC and talking-head ads with b-roll, captions, and overlays; create product demos, static-to-video content, and VSL-style ads; and turn raw footage into multiple hook and angle variations for testing. Strong knowledge of conversion-focused editing, fast hooks, retention, and pacing is essential. Experience using AI tools such as HeyGen, Kling, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Runway, and CapCut for avatars, b-roll, voiceovers, and generation is required.
