We need a Unity developer to create a realistic interactive WebGL experience for a housing development website. The project includes optimised 3D scenes of property exteriors, facilities, unit exteriors, axonometric floor plans and interiors, using SketchUp models and material references we provide. Users should be able to navigate through the experience using clickable hotspots, orbit controls or WASD controls, with highlighted pointers for important areas.

The WebGL build should include dynamic information panels on hover or click for unit types, prices and key specifications, plus a simple responsive interface for desktop and mobile. It must run in Unity 2022 LTS or newer with URP, maintain at least 30 fps in modern browsers, have an efficient initial load time, and allow text and images to be updated easily through JSON or ScriptableObjects. Please deliver the final WebGL build and guidance for embedding it on our company website.
