Moments & Memories is a small gifting business in West Wimbledon, sourcing products from artisans and boutique brands, many of them women-run, to create gift collections for corporate and private clients. We are looking for a social media freelancer to manage Instagram as the main channel and LinkedIn for our corporate audience, especially during the busy period leading up to Diwali and Christmas.
You will plan and schedule 3–4 posts per week, create and edit simple product photos and short videos using a phone or iPad, and write captions that reflect our voice and share the stories of our makers. You will also respond to comments and direct messages, flag genuine enquiries to us, and track content performance to recommend what we should do more of.
