Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Social Media Manager to develop and manage the social media presence of our clients, primarily SMEs and small businesses. The role covers the entire social media lifecycle, from defining the editorial strategy to content creation and publishing, community management, and performance analysis. We are looking for someone who can independently manage multiple clients while adapting the strategy, tone of voice, and content to each company’s objectives and audience.

Requirements

• Experience: Solid and demonstrable experience in Social Media Management, ideally within an agency environment or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Social Media: Excellent command of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Experience with TikTok is a plus.
• Content & Copywriting: Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone, messaging, and content formats to different brands and audiences.
• Creative Skills: Good command of Canva or similar tools for producing simple visual content, with the ability to collaborate with creative specialists on more advanced productions.
• Strategy: Ability to build and execute a genuine editorial strategy beyond simply publishing content.
• Analytics: Ability to analyze social media performance and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• AI Tools: Good understanding and practical use of AI tools for research, ideation, and content creation.
• SME Experience: Good understanding of the challenges and constraints faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
• Organization: Excellent ability to manage multiple clients and editorial calendars simultaneously.
• Personal Skills: Autonomous, creative, rigorous, proactive, and able to regularly suggest new ideas.
• Portfolio: The ability to present accounts managed, examples of content produced, and measurable results achieved will be highly valued.
