Digital Memories and Emotional Music

We are looking for an early-career creative videographer and social media content creator to support several growing projects, primarily a digital memory app and an original music project. You will create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form content around music, memories, relationships and emotion. We welcome fresh concepts using video, animation, photography, storytelling, trends, text-led formats and experimental ideas.

You should understand what performs on TikTok and Reels, have strong CapCut and video-editing skills, and be comfortable bringing your own creative direction. This is ongoing remote work with opportunities to support content and digital marketing for our other small businesses, including website services and career platforms. We value creativity, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset more than extensive agency experience.

I’m deliberately not providing specific examples because I’m looking for someone who can bring their own creative ideas rather than copy an existing style.

For the digital memory app and music, I’m interested in modern, engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram that makes people stop scrolling, particularly around music, memories, relationships and emotion.

I’m open to experimentation: video, animation, photography, storytelling, trends, text-led content, unusual concepts and completely new ideas.

I’m much more interested in your creativity and understanding of what works on social media than highly polished corporate content.

I’d particularly love applicants to show me examples of content they have created themselves, even if these are university projects or personal TikTok/Reels rather than paid client work.

Aspire to Grow Ltd is a small business behind several developing brands and projects. These include a new app focused on capturing and preserving meaningful memories, alongside an original music project releasing across multiple genres. We also run several businesses covering websites, training, job platforms and other business services. We’re small, entrepreneurial and very hands-on. I’m looking for someone creative who would enjoy getting involved early, bringing their own ideas and potentially growing with the projects as they develop.
