Web Designer and DeveloperSearching

We are looking for a web designer and developer, or an established designer-developer team, to create a marketing website for our AI retail automation software. The site should represent a serious software product and serve large retailers using our full platform, smaller local retailers, restaurants and butcheries using our POS and stock system, and our consulting offering. It will include a homepage, product and consulting pages, contact page, blog template, and an extendable component system for desktop and mobile, aligned with our existing dark, purple and pink brand and live app interfaces.

The website must be fast, responsive, technically clean and optimised for Core Web Vitals and SEO, including semantic markup, metadata, Open Graph tags, JSON-LD, sitemap, robots.txt and image optimisation. We prefer Next.js and Tailwind, with a CMS or content structure we can update ourselves. The finished site must be deployed to infrastructure we control, preferably our Docker and Traefik VPS, with a full handover of the repository, credentials and accounts. Design-only specialists are also welcome, as we can build the site in-house.

We build AI retail automation software for South African stores — computer-vision shelf monitoring running on edge devices in live stores, merchandising and task management, invoice and goods receiving, a POS, and a production-based stock system for bakeries and delis. Small team, based in the Garden Route. Real customers are already running the software in real stores.
