3D Artists Wanted: Roblox UGC (Layered Clothing & Accessories), Long-Term Paid WorkUrgent

We are Land of Tricks, a Roblox UGC marketplace operation with 27 marketplace groups, including three Roblox-verified groups, and a catalog of more than 2,500 published models. We are scaling production and need freelance 3D artists for ongoing remote work creating Roblox UGC accessories and layered clothing. We provide references or concepts, handle publishing, trend research, and marketplace strategy, and pay per accepted model. Artists who consistently deliver quality work will have a regular production queue, starting with a paid test model.

We are seeking artists experienced with Blender or similar software, PBR texturing, optimized low-poly modelling, and ideally high-to-low-poly baking. Accessory work includes hats, hair, headphones, wings, and themed assets, while layered clothing work includes jackets, pants, suits, and full outfits. For clothing, experience with Marvelous Designer or CLO 3D, retopology, and Roblox inner and outer cage fitting is preferred. Assets must be game-ready, use clean topology, match references accurately, meet Roblox validation requirements, and be delivered at a steady pace, with a turnaround of about two days per model.

Rates: accessories start at $40 per accepted model and layered clothing starts at $50 per accepted piece. Rates rise once you are consistent and we know your work. This is ongoing production rather than a one-off project, so the artists who fit have a queue waiting rather than a single job.
