Technical Interview Engineer – Senior Dev to Conduct Tech Screenings
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to act as a Technical Interview Engineer for our company. You will conduct live 45–60 minute technical screening interviews, evaluate candidates using our rubrics, and provide detailed, objective written feedback.
You should have at least four years of professional software development experience and a proven record of conducting 30 or more technical candidate assessments. Native-level or C2 English is required for clear candidate communication and written evaluation reports. Written assessment reports must be submitted within 24 hours of each interview.
