You will join structured online mock interview and career-practice sessions for software engineering professionals, using prepared questions and materials. You will ask technical and professional questions, support role-play exercises, help participants explain technical concepts, provide constructive feedback, and communicate reliably about scheduling.
You should speak Spanish and English or Portuguese and English at a professional level, be comfortable on video calls, and have a basic understanding of software development. Junior developers, recent graduates, self-taught developers, technical support professionals, and people with a strong interest in technology are welcome. Training, schedules, technical materials, and ongoing support will be provided. A stable internet connection, computer, webcam, and microphone are required.
