Architect is needed in Cascais, Portugal.

I am looking for a freelance architect or architectural drafter to design a metal pergola structure with a retractable roof for a restaurant terrace in Cascais. The work includes a site visit and measurements, dimensioned plans, elevations and sections, roof heights and slope, fixing points, and technical drawings for the fabrication company. A simple 3D visualisation is preferred. No licensing or municipal approval work is required.
