I am looking for a Blender-based 3D character animator for my YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels channel, creating cartoon/chibi story videos in vertical 9:16 format (1080x1920). The initial task is a 30–60 second loopable character walk, run, and acting cycle using a character rig I will provide.
Please deliver the Blender project file and an MP4 render. The first 30-second test is needed within 3–4 days. This can become ongoing work, with regular reels after the test and potentially one video per day. Blender animation only; no AI-generated animation.
