Founder-Led TikTok & Reels Content Producer — Consumer Health Startup

Content Producer is needed in London, United Kingdom.

We’re an early-stage consumer health and wellness brand in London seeking a hands-on content producer to work closely with the founder on authentic short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube. You will film founder-led content in London, help identify compelling stories and hooks from the company-building journey, and edit platform-native vertical videos with effective captions, pacing and formatting. The content will cover product development, formulation, prototypes, manufacturing challenges, lessons and customer feedback.

This is not a traditional agency or CMO role. We need someone who can creatively direct, film, edit, support publishing and use performance data to improve future content and drive engagement, clicks and waitlist sign-ups. Experience with founder-led DTC brands, wellness, supplements or regulated consumer health is an advantage. The initial engagement is a paid 6–8 week trial, with filming ideally taking place in London one or two days per week and potential for an ongoing relationship.

About the client
We’re looking for a hands-on founder-led content operator to help launch an early stage consumer wellness brand. The role is not a traditional agency/social media manager position. We want someone who can work closely with the founder and turn the real building journey into compelling short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You would help identify stories, shape hooks, film founder-led content, edit short-form videos, publish/manage content, and review performance so we can understand which themes actually drive engagement, clicks and waitlist sign-ups. We’re particularly interested in someone who understands DTC/consumer brands, organic social growth, founder storytelling and performance analytics. Experience in supplements, wellness or regulated consumer health is a strong advantage. The first 6–8 weeks are focused on building a consistent content machine and learning from audience behaviour rather than chasing virality. Ideally UK-based or able to work with the founder in person in London at least periodically. We want someone proactive and embedded in the journey not simply someone waiting for a brief each week.
