A Football Penalty App
App Developer is needed in Nigeria.
I need an app developer to build a football penalty game for a personal project. The app should allow two players to match with each other online, either via the internet or by username, and play a penalty shootout game. This is a single project with potential follow-up work, and I would like it completed before next year.
