I am starting a small children’s entertainment and product business in Andhra Pradesh, India, initially focused on Tenali, Mangalagiri, and nearby areas. I need a character designer and illustrator to create original cartoon characters for a children’s card-game brand, including friendly aliens, young heroes, and animal characters.

The characters should be colourful, fun, memorable, and suitable for playing cards, packaging, stickers, books, and possible future animation or toys. They should appeal to Indian children while being clearly distinct from existing cartoon and superhero characters. Commercial usage and ownership of the final character IP are important, and I am looking to build a long-term relationship as the brand grows.
