Lucca.co.nz is a New Zealand creative studio producing social-first, performance-focused creative for growing brands.

I’m looking for an experienced Higgsfield AI Video Producer to support ongoing production of hyper-realistic video ads.

The role

You’ll produce around 3–10 Higgsfield videos per week, ranging from 10–30 seconds.

I provide:

• Detailed storyboards
• Character reference sheets
• Scripts and creative direction
• Brand assets
• Pre-designed CTA end frames

You’ll be responsible for:

• Generating footage in Higgsfield Seedance 2.5, 1080p
• Closely matching supplied characters and references
• Maintaining strong character consistency across shots
• Producing both character-led cinematic scenes and product-focused ads
• Following storyboards accurately
• Creating strong, scroll-stopping 3-second hooks
• Understanding performance marketing and audience retention
• Editing final videos
• Music selection, SFX and sound design
• Applying supplied CTA end frames
• Delivering polished, hyper-realistic final ads

You must have

• Strong Higgsfield / Seedance 2.5 experience
• Excellent AI video prompting skills
• Strong video editing ability
• Experience with performance-focused creative
• Great attention to character accuracy and continuity
• Ability to make products look premium, realistic and visually accurate
• Strong understanding of cinematic framing, camera movem
