Job Description

This is a remote position for the role of Lead Full-Stack GenAI Developer. The position is only available to candidates located in Canada.

Requirements

• Deep, recent experience building and deploying production GenAI, RAG or agentic systems.
• Advanced Python skills with strong capabilities in software design, API development, asynchronous processing, testing, and debugging.
• Strong understanding of retrieval, context engineering, model behavior, structured generation, agents, evaluation, and observability.
• Ability to demonstrate recent personal code contributions to production GenAI systems, not limited to architecture oversight, technical management, notebooks, or demonstrations.
• Practical experience with Azure AI services and/or Databricks, with the ability to work productively across both.
• Experience integrating AI services with enterprise data and application systems.
• Strong SQL and production data engineering capabilities, including data profiling, transformation, quality validation, schema evolution, lineage, and reliable batch or event-driven pipelines.
• Experience in implementing security, resilience, error handling, and operational telemetry in production services.
• Ability to lead technically while still being a substantial individual contributor.
