AI Video Editor and Motion Designer

We are Boenderapport.se, a Swedish service that reviews housing-association finances for apartment buyers before they bid. We are looking for a freelance AI video editor and motion graphics designer to work with us regularly on short vertical brand videos.

The videos will be 1080×1920, 15–20 seconds, with no face or voice. They combine AI-generated footage from Higgsfield and Veo with phone footage, using first-person hands to make financial information visible through actions such as clearing an apartment or scanning a room with green and red status panels. You will edit and colour grade the footage, create clean After Effects motion graphics, blend all footage into one visual style, and add precise sound design. The intended tone and pacing are similar to the ATP Autoservice POV ad.

About the client
I run Boenderapport.se, a small Swedish service that reads housing-association annual reports for apartment buyers and tells them what the numbers actually mean before they bid. I’ve built the product, the reports and the social content myself so far, and I know what I want visually — what I don’t have is the craft to make it look finished. I’m now building a recurring series of short vertical brand videos combining AI-generated shots with footage I film myself, and I’m looking for one editor to work with regularly rather than a one-off gig. I pay for test tasks, I give direct feedback, and I know the difference between a shot and an edit.
