Growth Marketer (B2B Lead Generation) | RemoteUrgent
WPRiders is seeking an independent Growth Marketer to own B2B lead generation for its web app development agency and a premium Swiss AI brand. You will develop and execute growth strategy end to end, including positioning, ICP development, landing pages, conversion flows, cold outreach, LinkedIn content, lead magnets, SEO, partnerships, tracking, and reporting. The role focuses on generating sales-qualified leads from US, Western European, and Swiss prospects.
You should have at least three years of B2B lead generation or growth marketing experience for service, agency, or SaaS businesses, with a proven record of campaigns and pipeline outcomes. Strong written English, copywriting, WordPress or equivalent landing-page building, outreach deliverability, GDPR-aware prospecting, GA4, Search Console, and AI-assisted workflows are required. This is a remote independent contractor engagement on agreed monthly day rates, with flexible working hours, regular collaboration during Romanian working hours, a paid one-day task, and an initial three-month assessment period.
