Senior Generative AI Engineer / GenAI ConsultantMentorship

AI Engineer is needed in Chennai, India.

I am looking for a senior Generative AI engineer or architect for long-term, paid one-to-one mentoring and project guidance. I want to build hands-on capability to independently deliver enterprise Generative AI and RAG projects, including end-to-end solutions using Python, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, Azure Functions, Databricks or Snowflake, document ingestion, hybrid and vector search, metadata filtering, citations, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

I prefer regular in-person sessions in Chennai and would welcome Tamil or Tanglish communication. The engagement should focus on pair programming, architecture decisions, debugging, implementation support, and clear step-by-step explanations rather than a traditional course or one-time code delivery. Work will use sanitized or dummy data only.
