Lead Scriptwriter — Short Film & Scripted SeriesUrgent
Screenwriter is needed in London, United Kingdom.
We are looking for a lead scriptwriter for a scripted social-media series set in London, with production planned for May, alongside a monthly series of cinematic short films about female friendship. You will lead writing for the series and write one 1–2 minute short film each month, taking scripts from concept to shooting draft. The role includes a weekly in-person script session in London, with the option to attend shoots. Writing can otherwise be done remotely; this is a hybrid contract role and applicants must be able to work in London without travel requirements.
You should write natural British dialogue, create complete stories in a short format, and understand how scripts work for both phone and screen. We are looking for witty, thoughtful writing with an understanding of women, female friendship and London. Formal qualifications are not essential; we will assess your writing. All scripts will be produced, with full on-screen and promotional credit for your portfolio.
