We're Hiring: Senior Staff Software EngineerUrgent
We are hiring a full-time remote Senior Staff Software Engineer based in South America. You will lead the architecture and delivery of complex software systems across our projects and client engagements while remaining hands-on with production code, design reviews, debugging, and technical decisions. You will work with engineering, product, technical stakeholders, and clients to build reliable, scalable systems and improve performance, observability, and engineering practices.
Candidates need 10+ years of software engineering experience, strong technical leadership, and deep expertise in one or more of Go, Python, Java, C#, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript. Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, microservices, distributed systems, PostgreSQL or similar databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, infrastructure tooling, and production operations is important. You must currently reside in South America and be able to maintain overlap with our working hours.
