A 6" x 9" nonfiction book titled 'Guard Your Fire'

We need an experienced book designer to create the interior layout for a 6 x 9-inch nonfiction Christian book, Guard Your Fire. The manuscript is approximately 22,000 words and compiles edited transcripts from nine sermons about keeping one’s spiritual fire burning. It includes Bible verses but no charts or diagrams. The Word manuscript is about 95% complete and has been prepared using consistent automatic styles to support a smooth import into Adobe InDesign.

Please create a polished, readable interior layout in Adobe InDesign, suitable for publication. The cover has already been designed separately and is not part of this project. We are looking for someone highly proficient in full-length book interiors, with delivery ideally within a month, though an earlier completion would be welcome.

I have attached a copy of the Word file here. My client is reviewing it and will have a few changes, so this is about 95 percent complete. Please note that I formatted the Word document by creating automatic Styles in MS Word and assigning them to all text, to make it easier for you to import the Word draft into Adobre InDesign with fewer issues.

About the client
Hi! My name is Libbye Morris, and I am an experienced ghostwriter of legacy books and memoirs for CEOs, entrepreneurs, pastors, and thought leaders. I have written and published more than 100 legacy books in the past 10 years and love my work. I capture people’s stories in phone or in-person conversations. I have the calls recorded and then transcribed, and I work from the verbatim transcripts of those audio files so the content of the books sounds authentically like the authors (not like me).
