Job Description

Happy Breathing is seeking a friendly and reliable Event & Social Media Assistant to support its booth at the AAP Conference in San Diego. This temporary, in-person role involves assisting with booth operations, engaging with visitors, supporting product demonstrations, and capturing photos and videos for social media.

• Assist with booth setup, organization, and product displays
• Welcome and interact with conference attendees
• Support product demonstrations
• Capture photos, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content using an iPhone
• Help create content for Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok
• Assist the founder with conference-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, professional, and comfortable engaging with people
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using an iPhone to take photos and videos
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
• Comfortable working in a busy conference environment
• Marketing, social media, or communications experience is a plus
• Professional filming or editing experience is not required

Schedule

• Saturday, October 3: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Sunday, October 4: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Monday, October 5: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (preferred but optional)

Availability on Saturday and Sunday is required. The position is expected to involve approximately 15 hours per week.
