Social Media Content Editor & Manager (Short-Form Video)
Video Editor is needed in Canada.
We are looking for a reliable creative partner to help HOP publish engaging faith-based short-form video content consistently. You do not need to share our faith, but you should be comfortable working with and respecting this tone. Our team will film the content; you will advise us on what to record, receive the footage, turn it into ready-to-post videos, and manage publishing.
You will create a monthly content calendar, shot lists, short scripts, and simple phone-filming guidance. You will edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok, adding captions, on-screen text, licensed music, and basic colour and audio cleanup. You will also write captions, hashtags, and calls to action, schedule approved posts, and provide a short monthly performance summary with recommendations. We need someone experienced with short-form video hooks and pacing, directing non-professional filmers, scheduling tools, platform analytics, organised file management, revisions, and reliable communication.
