Job Description
Frida is seeking a part-time Paid Social Creative Specialist contractor to support the execution and scaling of paid social creative across its portfolio of parenting brands.
This hands-on role will coordinate multiple creative workstreams involving internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and UGC creators. Responsibilities will include creator coordination, production logistics, creative reviews, asset management, research, copy support, performance analysis, and general creative operations.
The successful candidate will understand what makes paid social content effective and will bring strong copywriting, visual, organizational, and project-management instincts. Contractors who demonstrate strong creative judgment and strategic thinking may take on increased ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate creative projects across internal stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and creators.
- Maintain timelines, project trackers, deliverable schedules, asset libraries, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks, identify blockers, and keep projects progressing.
- Manage creator communications, product shipments, shipment tracking, and deliverable collection.
- Communicate briefs, brand guidelines, and deliverable requirements to creators and freelancers.
- Review incoming creative against briefs and brand standards, identifying issues and opportunities.
- Translate internal feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative partners.
- Support the development of creative concepts, variations, and testing ideas.
- Write and refine hooks, headlines, on-screen text, captions, creator talking points, and other paid social copy.
- Assist with asset adaptation, versioning, light graphic design, and video editing where applicable.
- Proofread and quality-check final assets before launch.
- Research competitors, creators, platform trends, paid social formats, and relevant cultural or category behaviors.
- Maintain libraries of effective hooks, formats, messaging approaches, and visual references.
- Review customer comments, product reviews, and social content to identify consumer insights, pain points, objections, and useful language.
- Organize creative performance data and help identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in paid social creative, content production, creator marketing, social media, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of short-form social content and platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent copywriting skills, including experience writing hooks, headlines, on-screen text, creator talking points, and social copy.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to assess content for clarity, pacing, messaging, tone, and overall execution.
- Working knowledge of paid social performance metrics and a curiosity about the factors that influence creative performance.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools for research, copywriting, and creative iteration.
- Experience with UGC creators, design, video editing, DTC, or CPG is a plus.
Work Arrangement
Frida’s headquarters are located in Miami, Florida. The role may require working in the office one to two days per week, although remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
