Social Media & Creator Manager – US DTC wellness launch

Manage Norkaya’s TikTok and Instagram presence for a US direct-to-consumer filtered showerhead launch. Publish 3–5 posts weekly using established content pillars and an evidence-first voice, film simple native content in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools, and handle community comments and DMs while escalating customer issues as needed.

Own creator seeding for nano- and micro-creators across skincare/eczema, hair colour, parenting and PFAS awareness, home/renter living, and science-explainer niches. Source and outreach creators, coordinate product shipping, follow up on deliverables, track published content, and ensure appropriate usage rights before sharing top-performing assets with the ads agency.

Provide a concise weekly performance update covering social and creator activity. You should have 2+ years managing live US DTC social accounts in beauty, wellness, or home; hands-on gifting/outreach experience; native-level English and US-hours availability; and working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and careful health-claim compliance.
