Job Description

LiveStage is seeking an organized, outgoing, responsible, and camera-confident team member for a hybrid role combining administrative support, artist outreach, social media management, and event content creation throughout Colorado.

The role supports LiveStage’s daily operations and community growth by organizing information, managing communications, contacting and onboarding artists, following up with potential users, and assisting with platform-related activities.

The position also involves attending selected concerts, dances, and regional Mexican music events; working with a videographer; interviewing attendees; interacting with musicians and artists; appearing on camera; and creating authentic social media content, including backstage content when access is available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support administrative operations, databases, emails, documents, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
  • Research, contact, and onboard artists, musicians, bands, and entertainment providers.
  • Maintain accurate artist and contact information and build professional relationships with artists, managers, and promoters.
  • Manage social media messages, comments, posts, content ideas, trends, and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend events throughout Colorado and represent the LiveStage brand professionally.
  • Conduct brief interviews, gather user feedback, ask questions about the platform, and create spontaneous event content.
  • Interact respectfully with attendees, artists, musicians, promoters, and event staff.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is:

  • Organized, punctual, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Outgoing, sociable, professional, and comfortable approaching strangers.
  • Confident speaking on camera and able to maintain natural conversations.
  • Comfortable following scripts while also improvising when appropriate.
  • Proactive, independent, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Skilled in basic computer, email, communication, and social media tasks.
  • Interested in technology, entertainment, concerts, and music.
  • Comfortable working in crowded, high-energy environments.
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in administrative assistance, virtual assistance, coordination, customer service, sales, or lead outreach.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
  • Experience conducting interviews, appearing on camera, or collaborating with brands.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills.

Professional experience as a reporter, interviewer, or content creator is not required. Personality, organizational skills, initiative, communication ability, creativity, and willingness to learn are more important than a large social media following.

Employment Details

  • Work arrangement: Hybrid, including administrative work and on-site events.
  • Job type: Temporary and contract-based, with potential for a long-term or indefinite opportunity.
  • Pay: $150–$200 per day.
  • Schedule: Flexible, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Location: Colorado, with regular travel required.

How to Apply

Applicants should submit:

  • A brief cover letter explaining their interest and relevant administrative, communication, or social media experience.
  • An updated resume.
  • Links to active social media accounts, if applicable.
  • Examples of content, interviews, on-camera work, videos, portfolio materials, or a demo reel, if available.
