Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, test and support secure, AI-powered web applications and workflows.

• Develop and integrate AI agents into secure web-based platforms.
• Build APIs, application services and middleware to support AI capabilities, document processing and workflow automation.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, including data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Implement human-in-the-loop workflows that enable users to review, validate and approve AI-generated content.
• Translate technical specifications into reliable, tested applications.
• Write, test, debug, maintain and support application code.
• Resolve technical issues throughout implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing, developing, testing and supporting enterprise web applications.
• Strong full stack development experience using modern frameworks, design patterns and web development practices.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, application services and middleware components.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
• Experience with relational databases, data modelling, SQL and data integration solutions.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging and maintaining application code.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services or AI platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval and document processing solutions.
• Experience developing and integrating AI agents and multi-step workflow solutions.
• Experience implementing human-in-the-loop review, validation and approval workflows.
• Experience implementing source traceability, output validation and auditability features.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management and Logic Apps, or similar cloud technologies.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authentication and authorization controls.
• Understanding of Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern web development practices.
