Job Description

Z SUPPLY is seeking an experienced Temporary Graphic Designer to join its Creative team at the company’s Orange County headquarters. The role will collaborate with Creative, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Social teams to develop impactful digital assets and marketing collateral that support brand growth, engagement, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in both visual concept development and execution, with strong expertise in typography, composition, visual storytelling, and digital design. The role requires an expert-level understanding of Figma, a strong artistic vision, attention to detail, and a collaborative one-team mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating digital content and experiences for e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, and marketing teams.
• Designing creative assets for campaign launches, email marketing, homepage experiences, social media, paid advertising, events, and print materials.
• Maintaining visual brand consistency while incorporating emerging trends and seasonal concepts.
• Delivering assets that meet web, mobile, and platform-specific requirements.
• Communicating regularly with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Reviewing, incorporating, and accurately executing design feedback and revisions.
• Staying current with emerging digital creative trends, technologies, and tools.
• Contributing fresh perspectives, sharing knowledge, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Two to three or more years of experience in digital design; e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with Figma proficiency required.
• Experience with AI prompting and creative platforms such as Kive AI, Flora, or similar emerging tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and elevated visual design.
• Understanding of social media and paid advertising design best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in creative concepting, applied art direction, and graphic design.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, respond to feedback, and maintain high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with hand illustration, animation, and video editing is a plus. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, creative agency, or related industries is preferred.

• Work arrangement: Hybrid; in office Monday through Thursday and remote on Friday
• Hourly pay range: $36–$38 per hour
