Job Description

Bajío Sunglasses is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing to create engaging, high-quality visual content for ecommerce and digital marketing channels. Reporting to the Art Director, the Designer will translate creative briefs, campaign direction, and brand standards into polished digital assets that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and ecommerce growth.

The role focuses on ecommerce storytelling and conversion-driven creative, including Pro Site and landing page updates, product and seasonal campaigns, and digital content for email, Meta ads, Google ads, web banners, and other online placements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design digital campaign assets for email, landing pages, paid social, display advertising, web banners, and related channels.
• Create cohesive design systems, templates, and layouts for product and collection launches.
• Support improvements to ecommerce pages, product storytelling, the Pro Site, and campaign landing pages.
• Partner with the ecommerce team on UX, visual merchandising, and product storytelling.
• Develop creative for retail and wholesale email campaigns.
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Marketing Producer, Account Executive, and ecommerce team during concept development, revisions, and delivery.
• Maintain organized source files, templates, and digital assets.
• Support the ongoing organization and maintenance of the Amplify digital asset management system.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce, digital marketing, or consumer products.
• A portfolio of relevant design work is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail, verbal communication, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Interest in outdoor sports, activities, and conservation, with an understanding of the brand’s target community and demographic.

Additional Information

This is a part-time, onsite position based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
