Video Editor is needed in China.
We need an English-speaking editor to help refine the rough cut of a completed narrative short film. The character-driven drama follows two friends through an unspoken parting and the emotional consequences of withholding the truth.
Review the current edit and provide hands-on editorial support focused on story structure, narrative pacing, shot selection, and emotional clarity. The film combines naturalistic dialogue with philosophical, documentary-style voiceover, so experience integrating voiceover into narrative scenes is important.
Please have substantial experience editing narrative short films and be able to work remotely. The project needs an initial review and editing input within one week.
