Video Editor is needed in Mumbai, India.

Join an on-site, full-time post-production team in Mumbai editing long-form YouTube content for international creators. Projects include 35–45 minute food-travel vlogs, 60–90 minute interview-led videos, lifestyle programming, and documentary-style essays.

Own edits from rough assembly through picture lock, making independent calls on story structure, pacing, hooks, chapter payoffs, audience retention, sound design, music, and basic motion graphics/title cards. Work primarily in Premiere Pro, with After Effects used for more advanced title or motion requirements.

Bring 2+ years of long-form YouTube editing experience and a strong understanding of Western/global YouTube pacing and narrative conventions. You should identify structural issues early, communicate a clear proposed solution, and maintain editorial quality while meeting deadlines.
