Edit long-form podcast conversations into engaging short-form reels for Think School. Identify the strongest moments and create cuts that hook viewers within the first second and sustain attention through the final frame.
You’ll handle pacing, captions and on-screen text design, sound selection, and platform-ready formatting for Instagram. Edits should remain accurate to the guest’s original message while feeling sharp, clear, and highly watchable.
This is an on-site role. Please share relevant examples of podcast clips, interview edits, or short-form social videos that demonstrate strong storytelling and retention-focused editing.
