Social Media Manager is needed in Australia.
Manage and grow a warm, engaged social community for an after-school learning and wellbeing program serving Years 9–12 students, with a focus on VCE support. The primary audience is parents, with students as a secondary audience, ahead of the program’s February 2027 opening.
Develop the social strategy and monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Create custom brand templates, captions in a premium yet friendly voice, carousels, graphics, reels, and other content across text-led, photography, educational infographic, and video formats. Brand assets and guidelines are available.
Handle scheduling and posting for IG/FB grid posts and stories five days per week, plus one database email every fortnight. Provide monthly reporting on growth, reach, and engagement, with recommendations to strengthen performance and convert followers into customers.
Seeking a freelancer with startup or small-business social media experience, strong instincts for platform performance, and a portfolio demonstrating account growth, effective captions, carousels, and reels. An initial trial or smaller starter package is welcome, followed by ongoing monthly review.

We provide high achieving academic tutors, individual learning plans, wellbeing mentoring, afternoon tea and a 2-course dinner all in a calm and welcoming study sanctuary in Hawthorn, Melbourne. We are a startup and are building our audience now ahead of our opening in February 2027. We are looking for a social media manager to help us grow a warm, engaged community on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that will convert followers into customers.
