Lakeside – real-estate sales website with interactive apartment selection

Brief: a sales website for Lakeside, a new residential quarter of nine buildings and 67 apartments in Mežaparks, Riga. Buyers need to find the right apartment quickly and send an enquiry; the sales team needs to update prices and availability themselves.

What I built

• Custom WordPress theme built from the HTML/SCSS design prototype, with GSAP scroll animations and smooth scrolling
• Interactive SVG site map: choose a building and see its apartments and availability
• Filterable apartment table: floor, rooms and area range sliders, “available only” and “penthouse” toggles
• Apartment detail lightbox loaded via AJAX: specs, floor and site plans, compass orientation, downloadable files, gallery, price or “price on request”
• Apartments and buildings managed in the admin (custom post type + building taxonomy with ACF fields), so prices and status change without a developer
• Page content built from custom ACF Gutenberg blocks
• Three languages (English, Latvian, Russian) with WPML and translated URLs
• Enquiry forms sent to Zoho CRM; structured data (JSON-LD) for search engines
