I’m Rupert Uzzell, a composer for screen with a passion for weaving mood and narrative through music. I earned an MSc in Composition for Screen from the University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Nottingham. Over the past decade I have scored music for a wide range of short films and features, collaborating closely with directors and editors to shape character, atmosphere and storytelling.
Based in London, I work across UK and international productions, blending classical training with modern production tools such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Finale and Sibelius. My approach spans orchestral color, electronics and contemporary textures, always with an eye for pacing and emotion.
