I grew up obsessed with technology, processes, and UX since I was six years old. With my self-taught background in cognitive science, I love breaking down complex problems and designing them to work better for everyone involved, especially for experiences. Understanding the effects something is really having vs what was intended, and learning how to bridge this gap so that everyone is happy with the result, is one of my biggest passions. Professionally, I’ve led UX efforts and product teams across healthcare and education, from building personas and journey maps to orchestrating cross-functional collaborations in distributed teams.
