Sasha Baranovskaya

Hi, I’m Sasha Baranovskaya, a multidisciplinary artist and illustrator currently based in Amsterdam. I work across analog and digital media, focusing on illustration, character design, comics, stop-motion animation, and storyboards, with a passion for bringing ideas to life through visuals. I have many years of experience in illustration, and it’s what I do best, everything from simple icons to complex imagery — digital and analog.

Over the years I’ve collaborated with nonprofits, tech startups, magazines, and brands, delivering in-app artwork, campaigns, and visual storytelling. For the last four years I was employed as brand designer at Headspace. There I was responsible for everything illustration, including thumbnails, storyboards, presentations, campaigns. I hold a Master’s in Fashion Design from OGIS, and when I’m not drawing I enjoy sewing, comics, and ceramics, and I love spending time outdoors with friends.
