I worked extensively with Letz Live to build their marketing function from the ground up, creating a structured, data-driven strategy that aligned with their growth goals. Starting from scratch, I developed a full end-to-end marketing framework — including monthly, weekly, and quarterly performance reviews — to ensure consistent optimisation and clear visibility across all campaigns. I introduced defined content buckets to streamline ideation and maintain brand consistency, and produced a wide range of creative assets across channels. My role spanned both strategy and execution: scripting and filming ads (often appearing on camera myself), flying the DJI Mini 4 for high-quality aerial shots, shooting additional content on the Sony ZV-E10, and editing all assets into polished, conversion-focused deliverables. Alongside this, I managed content sourcing and licensing, audience research, and data analysis to ensure every decision was insight-led and measurable.
