Anne of Green Gables Book Sleeve Redesign

Part of my literary illustration series, this project reimagines Anne Shirley from Anne of Green Gables in a vintage-inspired flat style for a book sleeve redesign of L. M. Montgomery’s classic novel.

Created in Adobe Illustrator, the vector artwork is enhanced with aged paper textures and halftone effects to evoke nostalgic charm and timeless warmth.

The concept began with quick sketches to define composition, mood, and character before developing the final illustration that celebrates Anne’s imagination, spirit, and iconic puffed sleeves.
