The NEU is the largest union for teachers and education professionals in the UK. They needed a punchy promotional video to highlight an upcoming women’s networking session across social media. The final piece was produced in a vertical format, designed for mobile-first viewing.

Brief

Create a fast, engaging promo video suitable for social feeds, using supplied mobile footage and existing NEU brand assets, while keeping the final piece visually consistent and professional.

Design approach

• Built the edit around mobile footage supplied by the union, then augmented it with AI-generated clips of diverse mix of teachers networking in a social setting
• Unified mixed-source footage by applying a consistent cartoon-style halftone treatment across the entire video
• Kept brand alignment through NEU typography and logo placement
• Improved intelligibility by processing the original phone audio with Waves Clarity VX
