Since January 2021, I have been serving as the Creative Director at Alienide Interactive, where I have successfully managed the development of close to 10+ titles in just one year. Most of the projects I have been working on are product marketing-based games and digital experiences aimed at promoting various brands.My key responsibly was to create art style and develop for production level also helping the entire team to grow with best productive manner as a creative director. ★During my tenure at Alienide Interactive, I have had the opportunity to lead the Art department for several projects such as Pre Hajj Experience (VR), 21st February International Mother Language day (Metaverse), Football Fieseta (VR, Speed football campaign 2022), and Coco Crunch (Console game). ★My day-to-day responsibilities at Alienide Interactive include ideation and writing game design documents, managing live operations, hands-on work wherever needed for features and regular cadence, directing overall game features and complete art teamwork on a daily basis, adding new and innovative content that adds visual delights to the players' experience and meets clients' needs. ★In addition, I am also responsible for suggesting new suitable features in terms of visual delight while keeping in mind tech restrictions since all games are developed on Unity and Unreal. Other duties include hiring and onboarding new team members, teching teammates, and managing vendor/in-house projects. ★Time to time, I have suggested new ideas, concepts, core loops, and mechanics for the games I have been working on.
