paper PowerPoint New Recruit Starter Guide

PowerPoint presentations may not excite everyone — but I approach them with full creative energy to bring clarity, personality, and impact to every slide.

For this internal project, Castrol wanted a starter guide for new employees and interns, supporting their commitment to building an inclusive culture across their workforce. Working within Castrol’s flexible brand guidelines, I brought the content to life through thoughtful layout, headline copywriting, strong typographic hierarchy, custom iconography, and effective use of negative space and colour blocks. Rather than cramming text-heavy slides, I broke the copy into digestible sections across multiple slides, occasionally using a two-column layout to give it more of a brochure-like rhythm.

The final result was a polished, engaging deck that elevated Castrol’s professional image — and directly led to further presentation commissions based on the impact of my content handling and layout design.
