Development and maintenance of the Funds Client (Asset Management) platform, responsible for handling millions of requests per minute, the core enterprise application that must not stay down, ensuring high availability and performance providing account and customer information for various internal RESTful API services using Java and C#. Participated in all stages of software product development. ● Transformed the process of opening new bank accounts from 100% manual to digital, leading to a paperless, faster and efficient process, through the implementation of a series of APIs that enabled the customer to digitally create the account through the bank’s mobile application - including digital signature and included technologies such as AWS S3 for documents storage, Java and C#, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS SQS and Signhub. ● Fully automated the file sharing within my company and its customers through the integration of the Microsoft Service of SharePoint to a newly developed API, allowing documents to be updated and available in real time for the customer, which was previously a whole manual task and with delays. ● Maintained high test coverage and reliability through integration testing, unit testing, and code reviews, promoting clean architecture. ● Contributing to solving and troubleshooting production issues quickly, mainly in the message environment, which was responsible for millions of transactions daily.● Improving System Performance Tuning by collecting metrics from Datadog, then thinking whether this service needs to be a microservice or needs to be scaled up with memory or CPU
